The Sir Walter Junior Smallbore Program was established with the goal of providing a safe, fun, and educational opportunity for younger people to learn about and practice smallbore shooting.  The program continues to follow the NRA 4P Qualification Program to help young shooters hone their fundamental marksmanship skills and is well structured to give the young shooters a path to learn the correct positions and improve their scores.
